3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on information available at the time and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on waste type, volume, service frequency, or regulatory requirements. Hidden fees are never charged—we believe in full transparency.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Timely communication of service needs or changes
  • Ensuring that pickup areas are accessible and compliant with regulations
5. Service Modifications and Cancellations

To modify or cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the scope of services and resources allocated.

6. Compliance and Legal Use

All services must comply with local, state, and federal regulations. EcoMed Disposal Solutions is not liable for misuse or mishandling of regulated waste by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

EcoMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, third-party mishandling, or misuse by clients. Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
