You must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organization to use our services.

All quotes are provided based on information available at the time and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on waste type, volume, service frequency, or regulatory requirements. Hidden fees are never charged—we believe in full transparency.

• Clients are responsible for:
• Proper segregation and packaging of waste materials
• Timely communication of service needs or changes
• Ensuring that pickup areas are accessible and compliant with regulations

To modify or cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the scope of services and resources allocated.

All services must comply with local, state, and federal regulations. EcoMed Disposal Solutions is not liable for misuse or mishandling of regulated waste by the client.

All content on our website—including logos, service descriptions, graphics, and materials—is the property of EcoMed Disposal Solutions and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

EcoMed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, third-party mishandling, or misuse by clients. Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising will be handled within the jurisdiction of Texas courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
